We decided to start one of our big renovation projects this week, which has consumed all of our time. If I’m not with Aliceana I’m helping with what I can. It’s super exciting, since I’m getting my own office, but I haven’t had time for any workouts and we’ve been eating take out almost every day because we don’t have time to cook or go grocery shopping. I might be getting a little exercising in from running up and down the stairs, but that’s about it.
If I can find time, I’m hoping to get an elliptical this next week. My mom doesn’t like using hers and no longer wants it keeping up space in her house, so that’s awesome news for me, I get a free elliptical! Ellipticals are my all-time favorite form of exercise too, and how I lost 20 pounds before Aliceana. Hopefully I can find the time to use it once I get it, I can’t wait to get my office all done and set up so things can go back to normal in our house!
If I get the elliptical I want to use that twice this week and get in a 30 minute workout on my Nike Fitness Club app. I'm really hoping I'll have the alone time to do this! I also need to create a meal plan and go grocery shopping!
