Blueberry Peach cobbler pie recipe
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust
  • Filling
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Cobbler crumble
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. In a deep dish pie plate, press in pie crust.
  3. Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl, stir to combine.
  4. In a medium bowl combine the ingredients for the crumble, cut in butter using a pastry blender or fork.
  5. Pour filling into pie plate, top with crumble.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden.
