Brown sugar cinnamon pork roast with glazed apples and carrots
- 1 3 pound pork roast
- 4 large carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- Turn slow cooker on high, add stick of butter.
- Rub your pork roast with a sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar on both sides.
- Add your diced apples and carrots to the slow cooker and stir it into butter.
- Add cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt to your apples and carrots and stir.
- Place the pork roast on top, fat side up.
- Let cook for about 6-8 hours on high, stirring the carrots and apples occasionally and basting the roast with the juices.
