Slowcooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
 
 
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 (6 ounce) bag of spinach
  • 2 (13 ounce) cans of artichoke hearts, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the cream cheese into small chunks. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan to a medium slowcooker on low heat.
  2. Meanwhile mince garlic and onion, stir into the cream cheese/sour cream mixture.
  3. Dice the drained artichoke hearts and spinach.
  4. Once the cream cheese/sour cream mixture is easy to stir and there are no longer big chunks of sour cream add in salt and pepper to taste, then gradually stir in your artichokes and spinach.
  5. Heat on low for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally. Switch to keep warm and you're ready to serve.
