Egg Pasta From Scratch
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp minced onion, crushed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional)
  • 4 eggs, beat
Instructions
  1. Combine flour and seasonings.
  2. Form a well in the center of the flour mixture, gradually mix eggs into the flour until combined. (This is where I used my standup mixer)
  3. On a floured surface knead dough and form into a ball.
  4. Separate dough into two sections, roll dough out until about ⅛ inch thick.
  5. Cut dough with a pizza cutter, pasta cutter, or cookie cutter if you’re feeling creative.
  6. Let dry 2-3 hours.
  7. Boil in salted water for 10-12 minutes.
