Egg Pasta From Scratch
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp minced onion, crushed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley (optional)
- 4 eggs, beat
- Combine flour and seasonings.
- Form a well in the center of the flour mixture, gradually mix eggs into the flour until combined. (This is where I used my standup mixer)
- On a floured surface knead dough and form into a ball.
- Separate dough into two sections, roll dough out until about ⅛ inch thick.
- Cut dough with a pizza cutter, pasta cutter, or cookie cutter if you’re feeling creative.
- Let dry 2-3 hours.
- Boil in salted water for 10-12 minutes.
